Over the Easter bank holiday weekend, local produce and businesses took the spotlight at Liverpool’s Spring Food and Drink Festival as foodies flocked to Liverpool to enjoy a weekend of delicious food and drink. From pop up afternoon tea to giant gourmet hot dogs, the festival exhibited an impressive selection of the North West’s talented chefs and producers.
With festival season on the horizon, food festivals are the perfect way to show off your produce. There couldn’t be a better opportunity to showcase your products than letting your customers sample and interact with what you have on offer. Giving customers the chance to ‘try before you buy’ can really pay off. Not only is there potential to gain a few new customers, there’s also plenty of opportunities to trial new sample flavours, see what others are offering and discover new trends.
